WHO WE ARE:
Gretchen and Richard Daggett have been offering a array of programs and coaching services for over 30 years as individuals or as a team. Their experience has been in a wide spectrum of profit and nonprofit settings, working with groups, couples, or individuals desiring personal and professional growth.
Gretchen is a holistic life coach, yoga instructor and organizational development trainer. She has a B.A. in psychology from the College of William & Mary, and an M.A. in counseling from the University of Michigan. In addition, she has taken numerous personal and professional development programs, its a Kripalu-certified instructor, and received a certificate in Pastoral Ministry and Spirituality from Boston College.
Her work experience includes research in gerontology, community organizing, managing a city's social service agency, coordinating/instructing in two community college gerontology programs, directing a career and volunteer center, training/managing in training & development departments in high-tech, hospital, and managed healthcare organizations, consulting with the United Way in several diversity programs and board leadership training, running a 4-year college internship and experiential learning programs, creating a business as a life skills coach and yoga instructor, and teaching many classes at the Wellness Community for cancer survivorss, and been a hospice volunteer.
Richard is a holistic life coach, executive coach, and organizational development consultant. He has a B.A. in business from the University of Notre Dame and four years' graduate work in the Holy Cross Seminary. He, too, has a wealth of knowledge from numerous personal and professional development programs.
His work experience spans all areas of Human Resources, becoming Director of HR at the University of Michigan Medical Center, then at Mass. General Hospital. Richard then served as Director of Operations at two large Boston law firms before he returned to the Human Resources field as Director of HR at Private Health Care Systems. Most recently he developed and managed a human resources function with InfoMedics, Inc. He was also Executive Director of a Catholic retreat center, and has provided management consulting and coaching to a number of for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the technology, professional services, and educational arenas.
Gretchen and Richard together have co-lead programs in Conscious Commuication Skills for Couples for over 15 years and Life Designs in Your 'Encore' Years more recently. In addition, they have individually developed and led business seminars on: time management, performance management, conflict resolution, business writing, management training, team building, managing diversity, and dealing with/managing change.
On a more personal note, Gretchen and Richard have been married for over 46 years, have two married children, and are proud grandparents to two grand-daughters.
